1. Role of a Reviewer
As a reviewer, your primary responsibilities include:
✔ Providing an objective, constructive, and timely evaluation of submitted manuscripts.
✔ Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and ethical concerns in the research.
✔ Offering suggestions for improvement to enhance the quality of the manuscript.
✔ Maintaining confidentiality throughout the review process.
✔ Declaring any conflicts of interest that may arise.
2. Review Process
- Invitation to Review – You will receive an email request to review a manuscript. Please confirm your availability within 48 hours.
- Manuscript Evaluation – Assess the submission based on the following criteria:
- Originality & Significance – Is the research novel and impactful?
- Methodology & Rigor – Are the methods appropriate, valid, and reproducible?
- Clarity & Structure – Is the manuscript well-organized and clearly written?
- References & Citations – Are sources relevant, current, and correctly cited?
- Ethical Considerations – Are ethical guidelines (e.g., human/animal research) followed?
- Providing Feedback – Submit a detailed review with specific comments on strengths, areas for improvement, and final recommendations.
- Final Recommendation – Choose one of the following decisions:
- Accept (with or without minor revisions)
- Revise & Resubmit (major revisions required)
- Reject (not suitable for publication)
3. Review Ethics & Confidentiality

🔹 No Plagiarism – Alert the editor if you suspect plagiarism or data falsification.
🔹 Timeliness – Complete your review within 2 weeks of accepting the invitation.
